The House Manager
Cathy Monaghan Jones
Cathy, has been the Manager since the opening of Sycamore Court is responsible for the day to day running of the complex. She is friendly, approachable and pragmatic.
Cathy is extremely popular with all the residents and ensures if a problem occurs its solved.
Her office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Her duties include:
Ensuring the landscaped gardens are well-maintained.
Cleaning of the communal areas.
Maintenance of all Equipment and Servicing.
Cathy is the general factotum ensuring that all residents are safe.
Cathy will contact, each morning, those residents that require this service and helping with any problems they may have.
When not on Duty, the Call System is switched to Care Line and we have our own Team of Responders in Emergencies.
